Position-Related Responsibilities: • Primary activities include the development of creative briefs, campaigns, creative reviews, internal reviews, creative production and coordination of all creative needs across key business products and programs. • Day-to-day creative agency contact; including scope-of-work, role of engagement, priorities and deliverables, evaluations, tracking against milestones, managing budgets and resource optimization. • Develops innovative ways to use marketing communications (print, web, multimedia and social media tools) to foster collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization and the communities we serve. • Collaborates with the Media and Production Managers to ensure both cost and operational efficiencies are achieved across all campaigns. • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developing marketing technologies along with segmentation and targeting principles. • Coordinates and produces advertising required by other departments and subsidiaries. • Provides communication consulting, strategy development and implementation services to assigned internal clients. • Manage day-to-day aspects of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables and Plan/client satisfaction. • Secure timely estimate/proposal/change order approvals if working with an outside agency
