Details: Progressive Medical Device Manufacturer is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their fast growing organization The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing downstream marketing activities in support of the product line. While this position will participate in the new product development process and contribute to design inputs and validation of design outputs, the principal contributions will be in the form of commercial launch activities and post-launch marketing activities to drive adoption and growth of the products. Essential Job Duties: In conjunction with Manager of Marketing Communications and external vendors (e.g., advertising agency), develop and execute integrated marketing plans to support new product launches and drive sales of existing products. Support materials can include but not be limited to brochures, flyers, direct mail, package stuffers, website content, e-mail blasts, technique manuals, ordering guides, instructional videos, animations, social media content, and advertisements. Attend key industry trade shows and company sponsored continuing education programs as warranted. Assist key customers (OEMs/distributors) in preparing to represent company products at these key venues. Generate forecasts for company products with particular emphasis on new product build forecasts. Interface with Operations to ensure adequate inventory is available to support product launches. Participate with Engineering and Operations on Change Orders required on products. Apply the non-invasive monitors on the patient (including pulse oximetry, EKG, blood pressure cuff, BIS monitor, nerve stimulator) Set up warming blanket apparatus and adjust in accordance with the instructions to regulate proper temperature. • Assist the Anesthesiology Team in performing complex medical procedures (arterial line, CVP, Swan-Ganz catheter insertion): assist in the administration of anesthesia and monitor patient responses as directed; obtain arterial blood specimen from the arterial line and send for analysis as instructed. • Participate in Anesthesia CQI Team to improve the efficiency of patient care and equipment management in the operating room. • Provide instruction to staff and student technologists on anesthesia equipment and procedures. Provide supervision training and evaluation of TH Anesthesia Associates as requested by the supervising medical staff.

Details: Medicines Development (MD) IT serves as a strategic function within Medicines Development Unit (MDU) enabling improvements in Research & Development through leveraging information and technology solutions. The MD IT teams define and influence information and business strategies, designs and develop solutions to achieve the strategic outcomes through Next Generation Development (NGD). The position is responsible for the IT Release Management Process which includes, scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across 10+ environment stacks spanning 80+ servers that cover multiple platforms. The primary objective is to ensure that the integrity of the live environment is protected and that the correct components are released. This role will partner with the Strategic Platform teams during the initial definition, development, support, and continuous improvement of the Strategic Platforms. This role reports directly to the Manager of Platform Services within the MD IT Next Generation Information Foundation organization. Technical Deliverables: Define, implement and manage the release strategy for the progression of code through the environment stacks Implement strategy, governance and use of DevOps tooling to optimize the development lifecycle and releases Implement new processes to take advantage of DevOps tooling to optimize the resiliency, speed and performance of releases and solutions.
