Interface with the Technical Specialists to ensure visits are scheduled in accordance with agreed frequencies and that reporting is both detailed and timely. Verify that Inspectors are paid correctly and on time by auditing and approving Inspector timesheets for accuracy during the indicated payroll period (for example, confirming that hours and miles match those submitted on the report to the client, expense receipts are acceptable/legible, etc.) Ensure that our clients are receiving services that meet their expectations at the time of requests. This includes at a minimum, verifying that hours and mileage are realistic to scope of inspection and inspection location, charged expenses are per client contracts and reports detail all inspection activities per client requirements. Interface with other DNV GL offices when work scope dictates that the inspection be performed overseas. Manage all assignments in company’s proprietary work process management system. Use available systems and procedures to source properly qualified and competent Technical Specialists for assignments. Where required, assist in the timely issuance and review of invoices for assignments under their control. Details: Assistant Client Services Representative The incumbent in this position is responsible for handling incoming member calls from health benefit trust “call center”, researching information and responding; prepare claims audits for members. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls (“call center”) from health benefit trust members and providers researching questions using software and printed material provided and responding to eligibility and authorization for service to members and providers; • Obtain additional information from health benefit vendors and respond to members and providers; • Forward any facsimiles and incoming mail to appropriate vendor • Create a Call Description in the Salesforce system for individual members. Keep track of Open Calls within the Salesforce system and close when completed; • Request claims history from vendor and prepare claim audits for members as requested; • Keep incoming calls, paperwork and activities current; • Become proficient in all vendor software programs • Maintain a professional attitude with both co-workers and external clients. Skills/Qualifications Must possess the ability to use an adding machine, personal computer, telephone, photocopier, facsimile machine and general office equipment. Must be able to perform basic office skills. Must possess intermediate computer skills with Excel spreadsheets & MS Word. Retail Loan Processor
Details: Retail Loan Processor will process loans approved by an Underwriter or an automated underwriting system (AUS). Works in partnership with a Retail Junior Loan Processor to gather customer and third party documentation necessary for PNMAC to assess a customer’s willingness and ability to repay their mortgage loan. May have credit signing authority within delegated limits, including clearing conditions and issuing changes to the terms on previously approved loans. Responsible for, but not limited to, verifying conditions of loan approval with may include customer income/assets documentations. Confirms Loan Operating System (LOS) and AUS data integrity. May resolve routine title issues such as vesting issues, judgment liens. May process subordinations. Resolves appraisal disputes. Escalates any issues that impact a loan transaction. Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers (may include realtors, attorneys, builders, financial planners). Ensures that loans are processed in accordance with PNMAC policy and procedure.
