HR Coordinator

Details: Primary Purpose The HR Coordinator will provide task management support to all HR initiatives. This includes completely owning the onboarding process for all new hires, sourcing for all assigned non-exempt and intern positions, HRIS administration, and providing support to all other HR initiatives as needed. Overall Deliverables This content should not be construed as an exhaustive statement of responsibilities or requirements. Employees may be required to perform other job related responsibilities in order for the department to achieve its’ goals. Responsibilities: Frequency Daily / Monthly % of Time Responsible for delivering high-quality onboarding experience to all new hires. This includes: -Update and maintain email distribution lists and employee directory as employee movement occurs -Send and collect all onboarding documents to new hires -Email Travel Department to ensure that travel profiles are created for all new hires -Order IT equipment, key cards, parking permits, corporate credit cards, and business cards for all new hires -Complete Concur Enrollment forms for all new hires -Ensure that manager sends out personnel announcement on effective date for new hires and transfers -Arrange desks and office supplies for all new hires. -Ensure that each new hire has a welcome card on their desk the day they arrive -Deliver facility tours to all Austin new hires -Upload corporate photos into HRIS system for all new hires. -Show all new hires how to upload corporate photos into Microsoft Outlook and global Daimler systems (WhoisWho, LEAD-IT, etc.) Ensure all new hires upload these photos within 30 days of hire -Train all new hires on how to use corporate travel system, how to complete required corporate travel forms, and vacation request form. -Ensure that all new hires complete required training courses, HR Welcome Compliance Package, and have performance goals approved by direct managers within 30 days of hire. Daily 30% Create a strong non-exempt talent pipeline by constantly sourcing for all assigned non-exempt positions throughout the United States. This includes sourcing candidate profiles on LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, college boards and all other avenues possible. The incumbent will also be responsible for phone screening these candidates and scheduling them for interviews with HR and management when positions become open. Daily 30% Complete HRIS administration. This includes executing all employee movement (hires, transfers, etc) in the HRIS system. Daily 25% Provide task management support to all other HR initiatives. This includes assisting with HR event planning, ensuring all locations have proper employment posters displayed, as well as assisting with all other initiatives as needed. Daily 15%

Details: Responsible for the design, development and delivery of programs and services associated with SCI’s Health and Wellness Programs. Work activities include compiling plan participant data; managing service providers; administering plan changes; utilizing and maintaining appropriate benefits tools, systems and databases; and leading varied ad-hoc assignments/projects. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for strategy and program design for the Health and Wellness programs. Update Company plan documents/policies (Associate Handbook, SPDs). Perform cost benefit analysis; propose new programs if gaps exist between benefit offerings and strategy, recommend improvements to existing programs. Gather, classify, analyze and interpret benefit data to be used in validating/developing benefit strategy. Subject Matter Expert for Health and Wellness programs, provides guidance to other team members when complex issues arise. Develop metrics to measure benefit program success/ alignment to strategy (include Return on Investment). Develop benefit metric dashboard. Develop business process rules.
