This position requiresthe candidate to possess an R.N. license issuedby the State of California holding a master"s degree in nursing (MSN) or be a R.N. holding a bachelor"s degree in nursing (BSN) and a master"s degree in a related field;Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) course of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and American Heart Association (AHA), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire and5 years of clinical nursing experience in the area of Labor and Delivery, two (2) of which should be management experience of a Perinatal services department including Labor and Delivery, Couplet Care, and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit equivalent to a Regional, Community, or Intermediate NICU and in a facility providing pediatric care.
