Maintain daily program structure (ensuring scheduled activities start and end on time.) Complete clinical paperwork, progress notes, and group notes in a timely and accurate fashion. Ensure completion of daily attendance sheet for billing purposes. Anticipate changes in program schedule, seeking replacement groups and clinicians. OTHER DUTIES may include the following : Provide co-therapy for process group with primary therapist. Facilitate experiential group (yoga, art therapy, movement or drama.) Details: This position is responsible for the field level investigations to obtain all information needed for land values, agencies requiring permits, crop data, potential areas of concern along the route, etc. This person is an experienced agent, able to perform a variety of duties independently. This position answers directly to the ROW Supervisor and may also receive guidance from the Title Supervisor if necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: Contact the owners of interests in land regarding the acquisition of real property rights, amendments of rights, notifications of entry, settlement of claims and other matters. Responsible for purchasing property by negotiating with the property owners, analyzing property appraisals and making recommendations to the client using real estate practices, legal concepts, governmental standards and regulations. Represent the client in complex negotiations with property owners and attorneys. Responsible for recommending to the client whether a reasonable compromise is likely and further negotiations should be pursued or whether to pursue condemnation litigation. Responsible for recommending payment increases to the client if the property owner has a legitimate basis for seeking a substantially higher amount. Responsible for estimating areas of potential damage in advance of construction and accumulate information as to damages occurring during construction. Responsible for preparing lawsuit packages for condemnation proceedings, assisting the client’s attorney and serving as an expert witness in mediation or trial if the negotiation process fails. Capable of working unsupervised in a variety of roles. Well qualified in a specialized area such as land title, regulatory matters or acquisition that they are selected to work only in this area of special expertise. May be responsible for Right of Way operations and maintenance.

Details: The Supplier Quality Manager will conduct internal and external audits in alignment with suppliers and in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position reports to the Director, Quality. Job Requirements: Responsible for the execution of Arbor's supplier audit program. Responsible for the execution of Arbor's internal audit program. Responsible for the audit planning, execution, preparation/issuance of audit reports and follow-up/closure of audit observations. Ensure that appropriate policies, SOPs and documentation are in place to support Arbor's internal and external audit program according to regulatory requirements US cGMPs and other applicable regulations and guidances. Perform required audit follow-up with suppliers and internal departments to resolve compliance issues and provide recommendations relating to audit observations. Prepare quality metrics and compile summaries to effectively communicate status and recommendations to Quality Management. Effectively works with suppliers to improve processes and procedures related to quality. Provides technical support to suppliers as required. Provides technical support and decision making support on supplier audit related issues. Drives internal and external corrective and preventive actions as they relate to audit observations. Maintain files (paper and electronic) generated from each audit. Perform required follow-up with suppliers to ensure ongoing or routine revisions to compendial references are implemented. Initiate/revise supplier quality agreements. Maintain quality agreement tracking log. Maintain approved supplier list. Maintain audit schedule. Assist in conducting supplier investigations. Write technical reports as required. Support development projects as required. Support Due Diligence activities as required. Conduct required training activities on required procedures and policies. Provide support for regulatory inspection and responses to all observations. Responsible for timely issuance of audit reports and closure of audit observations. Performs other projects, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director, Quality.
