This person would have the opportunity to build and implement software solutions that are being used for the management of Right of Way by many Fortune 500 companies in the Oil and Gas, Electrical Transmission and Wind Industries. The Technical Software Analyst is a client facing SME in enterprise and SaaS software systems and applications. This individual will work closely with clients to document requirements for software configuration, data integration, custom software development, data conversions, documentation, and training; will help plan and design client deliverables; will manage the project schedule and actively contribute to the project's progress; will be the primary client contact, troubleshoot all client issues and ensure follow-up; will perform all necessary tasks to deliver projects on schedule. This individuals primary responsibilities focus within our client's services realm, focusing on customer support during and post implementation and ensure that they are meeting their SLAs. They will be working closely with the Account Management/ Project Management team to resolve and support client issues. The support typically falls in 3 areas: Reporting: respond to adhoc reports requests from the field at customer sites, gather the requirements around the report request, translate into technical specs, perform basic SQL queries, and work with the two reports developer to generate the report, and circle back up with the customer to ensure they have responded to the request appropriately. Data Integration/ Imports: There may be requests for bulk data changes where they will be working on inserts and data changes, some custom scripting, data conversion (mapping and manipulation), work with the Data Integration developer to complete task. Software Implementation: Will need to understand the deployment and configuration process and work with the customer IT teams to help implement our client's products. They will work with an Implementation analyst as well. Although this position is task focused, this individual will also have say in suggesting new tools, etc. For example, they currently have a project implementing SSAS in their internal environment which is spearheaded by the technical analyst that is currently operating in this position. They key factors to a successful candidate on the soft skills side are being hardworking and independent. This position will report into the Product Director, but will work closely with the Services team. They will need to be highly communicative, but not necessarily need management. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Elicit and document the SaaS and/or Enterprise client's project and implementation requirements for functionality, configuration, timeline, budget, documentation, training, maintenance and support. 2. Work with developers and other internal groups to plan projects, specify client deliverables and establish realistic timelines. 3. Will work with the Project Management team to ensure that deliverables are met with the customer. There may be some customer interaction, but the relationship with lie with the management team. 4. Provide technical assistance through application troubleshooting and database troubleshooting using SQL. 5. Responsible for all client data migration projects taking data from a variety of different client sources and importing those data sets into database architected in Microsoft SQL Server. They will be working closely with the development team to support these efforts. 8. Install and configure our client application software according to client requirements. 9. Become a SME and and work with the project manager to provide consultation to the client on all matters related to projects, including configuration, data management, data mapping and integration and project process. 10. Maintenance Technician

Details: The Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities include the following; Maintain and troubleshoot all injection molding machines, robotic cells, mechanical rooms and auxiliary equipment. In addition to repairing equipment the technician will complete predictive, preventative and scheduled maintenance as required on all equipment assigned. As a senior maintenance technician the individual will also be required to assist in training others to that skill level. The Mechanical Technician will be a member of the Maintenance Team at the Chicago plant reporting to the Manager of Maintenance. This individual’s responsibilities include; maintain and improve the reliability of the production equipment and processes in the plant including; data gathering, failure analysis, troubleshooting, repair and development of predictive/preventative maintenance programs for equipment. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with Maintenance and Process Supervisors to maintain performance of the equipment. This is critical to plant safety and operations reliability. Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoots equipment problems, and makes procedure recommendations to operations and maintenance. Diagnoses root cause and specifies method of repair for plant equipment and processes. Analyzes work orders for equipment. Prepares cost and schedule estimates, makes recommendations as to the methodology, equipment, and material requirements Coordinates the creation of the spare parts list and lubrication list for the entire plant in conjunction with Vendor recommendations and industry standards. Assists in the selection, testing, training and development of in-house technicians for repair and diagnosis. Participates in recommending and requisitioning equipment, tools, materials and spare parts. Assist Maintenance Lead and Coordinator in prioritizing, planning, scheduling and executing maintenance activities. Participates in cross-functional teams to optimize plant designs for cost effectiveness, reliability, operability and maintainability. Assists in efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems. Key Metrics Responsibility: Uptime performance on production equipment and all auxiliary equipment Meet or exceed departmental budget item goals.
