Fleet Maintenance Supervisor(3rd Shift)

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements: · Perform timely research and provide documentation as needed to aid in collection of past due ACH accounts using payroll tax, accounting and reporting systems · Pull daily return reports for each bank and separate debits from credits. · Distribute all NOC"s (Notice of Change) to branches, client’s or Payment Service Specialists. · Partner with local branches to resolve client receivables · Create Micro’s for wire money movement, fees and special client processing. · Timey closing of all registers so the reconciliation team can balance. · Monitor the wire account daily and communicate receipt of clients funds to branches, departments and ACH in order to process payroll. · Post ACH deposits daily. · Tag and re-set the tax systems to reflect non-payment, late payment by clients · Data entry of all debits and credits into payroll software. · Maintain spreadsheet with client’s returns and reversal daily. · Assist the balancing team with outstanding research for items not reconciled in the registers

Key Responsibilities Place outbound phone calls to beneficiaries and providers as needed within contractual timelines. Contact civilian providers regarding appointment vacancies on behalf of the beneficiary. Make appointments for beneficiaries using the CHCS/Appointing module for primary and specialty care in accordance with VA appointing guidelines. Consistently display professional and courteous service skills to internal and external customers. Respond to inquiries from beneficiaries and providers regarding specific aspects of the VA program. Information and assistance includes referrals, authorizations, and the location and use of network and certified providers. Take active steps to develop proficiency with the medical management system for tracking and updating consult report status. Take appropriate measures to comply with HIPAA regulations to protect privacy of beneficiaries' health information. Analyze reports and conducts research to ensure accurate documentation of the patient's clinical information. Document the transmission of medical referrals to the Facility or the network provider in line with procedures. Document all communications involving beneficiary and provider contacts. Coordinate complete resolution of service issues by interfacing with other departments. Develop knowledge of various software applications in use at TriWest, including procedures and processes of the VA program. Research and enters complex referral requests into medical management system with appropriate coding and provider selection. Assess faxed documents, to ensure appropriate entry into the medical management system. Work with standard coding systems including: International Classification for Diseases Current Procedural Terminology Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System Verify and ensure that appropriate referral procedures are followed for the various types of VA beneficiaries. Ensure procedures are followed for referrals based on beneficiary eligibility type, geographical location, and on the provider's request. Process authorization requests and referral requests in the on-line medical management system. Key-enter data into the medical management system. Identify potential discrepancies in the medical management system to assure quality compliance. Consistently meet department productivity and performance metrics. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Required: High School diploma or G.E.D. 1+ years of experience working in an inbound/outbound call center and/or medical appointing. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, the Internet and on-line systems. Data entry skills. Preferred: 1+ years of college or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in an administrative or medical office environment. Knowledge of medical terminology. Managed Care experience.
