Accounts Payable Clerk

Details: Position Summary The Accounts Payable Clerk is a member of the CIRCOR Finance Shared Services team and is expected to maintain accounts payable functions to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices. This position is responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, supplier, or other organizations/individuals and serves as a communication link to those requesting payment information on vendors and/or accounts. The Accounts Payable Clerk reports to the Accounts Payable Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reviews CIRCOR's accounts payable information for accuracy. Ensures payments are accurate, timely, and comply with policies and procedures. Ensures appropriate approvals are obtained prior to processing payments. Researches and resolves any past due issues with invoices. Maintains department documentation for records retention and retrieval including all payment or other transaction records. Completes accounts payable email document processing into Laserfiche. Scans and indexes mailed A/P documents into Laserfiche. Vouchers vendor invoices. Coordinates and processes weekly check run. Reconciles A/P to vendor invoices. Keeps purchase order receipts cleared of zero transactions. Reconciles IC accounts for missing invoices prior to month end. Assists in yearly update of W-9 certificates from vendors. Audits and approves expense reports through Concur. Creates and runs reports in Concur as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Must have high school diploma (or equivalent GED) and at least one to two years of related accounting experience, training, and/or education. Prefer candidates with Associate's degree. Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Prior experience with data entry. Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of software, especially Excel and Word. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work well within a deadline driven environment. Must be able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision.

Title Production Specialist (Title Examiner)

Details: Tasked with examining completed title products for accuracy. Compares the information received from open order requests to verify that the correct property was searched and that the listed borrowers are vested in title. Performs a detailed analysis of the title search to verify that the search is properly conducted and all necessary liens, encumbrances, requirements and exceptions are reflected on the title product. Must be familiar with the fundamentals of title insurance and capable of making determinations to eliminate items from the title product using junior underwriting guidelines. Communicates information required to remove, liens, encumbrances, requirements and exceptions from delivered title products. Examines completed title products for accuracy and completeness. Uses title insurance knowledge and junior underwriting guidelines to clear unwarranted liens, encumbrances, requirements or exceptions from appearing on delivered title products including, title commitments, property reports, deed reports and legal and vesting reports. Conveys title requirements and exceptions to processing and closing departments. Evaluates curative documentation to determine its sufficiency to remove liens, encumbrances, requirements and exceptions from completed title products. Prepare delivery of loan proceeds to proper location. Other duties as assigned.
