Details: WEEKEND SERVER / WAITSTAFF - RETIREMENT COMMUNITY RICHLAND PLACE (NHC) Job Description Preparing the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled and performing all other preparation tasks. Serving food and beverages to all guests and those who live in assisted living and retirement. Assisting those who need help in choosing menu items or going through the buffet line. Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations and knowing if the kitchen staff are running out of an item. Handle the table bookings, direct customers to their tables, present menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing customers about food preparation details and communicating specific customer needs to the cooks. Taking orders and attending every guest need and want. Assisting where ever needed. Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils and refilling glasses.
