Details: Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks. Primary responsibilities include the hands-on maintenance of the community, including overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of market-ready apartments and other interior/exterior areas. As team leader, responsible for training and supervision of community maintenance staff. Oversees and completes the “make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work. Registered Nurse Centralized Staffing
Details: Provides professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs. Observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress. Requires minimum of an Associate's Degree and Registered Nurse license.
