Repair and maintain New Penn trucks and trailers, and using hand tools, power or pneumatic tools. Drive repaired truck to verify roadworthiness. 3. Inspect parts for wear, visually and with diagnostic instruments. Replace as necessary. 4. Repair or replace defective parts such as starters, alternators, belts, and hoses. Rewire or install new lights, align front wheels, replace and adjust brakes, replace brake chambers, shock absorbers, change or recharge batteries, and repair and maintain coolant systems. 5. POSITONSUMMARY TheSoftware Project manager is responsible for over-all operational management ofsoftware development projects. Complywith SW Department processes and deliver as per project priorities andschedule. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliverables: Overall responsibility of the successful management of the SW project; and software risk management Planning, controlling and co-ordination of software project team and software project In charge of the robust project execution in line with the project’s targets Ensures SW Development Processes are followed Represent the SW team at the customer Supports Project Manager & R&D PTM for customer interface in SW issues Reports project status to SW Department and project weekly Planning and controlling of software configuration management, problem solving management and the software change management Detailedscheduling and budgeting Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipment, investments Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones and a understanding of the needed resources Follow activities and spending of the project scope Managementof the contributors Daily management of SW project Assign tasks and work packages to SW team members Aligns external deliveries to manageable internal tasks & milestones Manage distributed project set-ups and collaboration with team members from other sites EDUCATIONAND JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Master Degree in Technical or Management is a plus.
