Observes residents and works with nursing staff to assure significant changes in condition are reported to the Director of Nursing and physician. Documents significant changes in the medical record. Updates resident care plan and educates nursing staff to changes, monitors resident reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents. * Performs care rounds, assessing each resident and observing for changes in condition and inspects resident environments for cleanliness, safety and comfort. * Accompanies and assists the physician on rounds to ensure that pertinent information is communicated to him or her and transcribes and carries out physician's orders. Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of residents. * Adheres to Federal/State and Corporate guidelines in the delivery of nursing care by identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective action, as needed. Suggests to Director of Nursing measures to improve safety standards for resident and employee safety. * Maintains accurate resident care records. Documents pertinent data reflecting the use of the nursing process. Reviews nursing documentation for accuracy and completeness and assures that nursing progress notes reflect the resident's care plan (i.e. medication/treatment records, monthly summaries, weights, nursing assistant flow sheets) and reports discrepancies to DON. * Coordinates and participates in resident-care meetings and staff meetings * Provides teaching to residents, their families and other staff as necessary regarding resident care. * Oversees and assists with direct resident care as needed. * Evaluates nursing activities to ensure resident care, staff relations and efficiency of service are in accordance with ACTS standards. * Assures and participates in community, departmental, and shift orientation of all nursing personnel including temporary and agency personnel. * Oversees that narcotic counts meet state, federal and pharmacy guidelines. * Responds to residents' needs, concerns or complaints and implements corrective action as indicated and reports the above to the Director of Nursing (DON) or Nursing Home Administer (NHA). * Responsible for interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining of assigned nursing personnel. * Maintains absence and tardiness records of assigned nursing personnel. * Assesses critically ill residents to determine if all physical and emotional needs are met. * Reviews incident/accident reports and assesses the resident regarding follow-up care if needed. * Assesses the effectiveness of the medical/treatment regime. * May perform other duties as assigned. Their primary responsibility is the safety of his/her crew during the timely production and delivery of wheel assemblies to Tesla Motors. Works closely with the Production Coordinators to determine overtime requirements, resolve production-sequencing issues, and to ensure all tire mounting consumables are at required stock levels. He/she will also help the Production Coordinator in determining what tire and wheel sizes should be retrieved from the Tesla truck yard. Will ensure that housekeeping functions are completed each day prior to the end of his/her shift. Produces daily production reports. Looking to take that next step in your career? Apply now to our Assistant Branch Manager position! As an Assistant Branch Manager you will be responsible for: Telephoning past-due customers. Working with past-due customers to arrange payments. Make outside visits to reestablish contact with customers. Understanding our personal loan product offerings in order to assist customers in making educated decisions that help them achieve their financial goals. Establishment and building customer relationships through delivering exceptional service. Transport money and deposits to and from bank. Complete training program within the time required by the Branch Manager. Complete weekly progress report. Maintain daily tabulation of delinquency report. Assist in maintaining standards in weekly delinquency reduction and delinquency slow file percentages. Answer telephone promptly and courteously. Accept and post counter payments. Open and post mail payments. Sign checks for loans, branch expenses and money remittances. Calculate cash to customers. Close loans as directed by the Manager. Assist in mailing collection material to past-due customers. Other duties as assigned.
