This key strategicleader will work directly for the CEO and be an integral member of theexecutive leadership team to develop and implement a shared vision for theshort-term and long-term direction for the information technology team. The VP will lead a team including the Directorof Infrastructure, Director of Business Systems and the Director of BusinessSystems, and their respective teams. Job Responsibilities Works closely with other members of the Senior Leadership Team to define, develop and deliver on an integrated technology strategy to support short/long term goals. Oversees system enhancements and development while ensuring the seamless integration of new platforms with existing systems. Providing expertise and organizational leadership during system changes, upgrades, installations, conversions and data maintenance. Building a strong and competent team that positively embraces changes and is respected throughout the organization. Effectively manages the financial aspects of the IT Department including purchasing, capital planning and investment, budgeting, budget review and ongoing budgetary management. Establishing, updating and implementing all IT related policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, compliance, standards and customer service protocol. Creates an atmosphere of collaboration within the organization that emphasizes teamwork and accountability and a focus on the customer both internally and externally. Establish clear goals and performance objectives for the IT Directors while rewarding initiatives, discipline, dedication and technical excellence. This position islocated in Dallas.
