Trainer - Customer Care

Details: Trainer - Customer Care The Trainer supports Alliance Radiology’s new and existing external and internal customers. Responsible for designing, developing and conducting job specific skills training for Patient Services/Central Scheduling, imaging facilities, operations and other external partners. Designs and develops adult learning centered knowledge and skill-based training programs that support business needs and quality standards. Delivers training using classroom, web-based and one on one remote and live delivery methods.. Conducts in training assessments and post training follow-up to determine comprehension and retention of course material. Performs quality audits and provides feedback and coaching in support of achieving quality standards. 1) Designs and develops print and web-based training for local and remote internal and external customers. Training for external customers may involve travel throughout the United States. Travel can be up to 30% . Design and development includes meeting with business owners to understand or communicate the need, determining the learning objectives, identifying the delivery method and pre and post follow up assessments and evaluations, and developing supporting quality and training materials. 2) Delivers face to face and remote print and web-based job specific process, procedures, system and customer service best practice training to internal and external customers. Training may include role core training, new policies, procedures, services, products, applications, systems or legislative updates. Instructs participants in classroom live and virtual sessions in one on one and group settings. Provides coaching, retraining and recurrent training as needed. 3) Performs quality audits by screening incoming and outgoing calls and system documentation to ensure quality, customer service, and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization. Provides feedback and coaching related to knowledge of services, the desired overall customer service experience and technical aptitude in support of the quality targets. This includes remote and side by side monitoring to evaluate overall quality of services delivery using call and documentation coaching guidelines and tools. 4) Provides recommendations and maintains systems and databases related for process and procedure and develops and distributes the documentations and communications. 5) Handle other duties as assigned.

Electrical Technician

Details: Electrical Technician 3-6 Month Contract San Jose, CA This position will be working swing shift, defined as 4pm to 8pm. Flexibility of the candidate will help to work 20-40 hours per week depending on workload. Therefore, the candidate may be required to work 2pm to 10pm at times. JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate will be working in the fault isolation failure analysis lab. They will be setting up bench equipment to power up a fully integrated switching buck regulator. The setup will be underneath a very sensitive photoemission microscope and they will have to get the part level so that the focus is even across the buck regulator device. The will work with a software based system to capture background images of the device and then put device under full bias to recapture images . This same work needs to be done on multiple units so that we can do statistical analysis on the photoemission results. The candidate will not need to do any analysis, but the will need to flag if any result is unusual and make sure there isn???t any setup issue. In addition to this work, we also have other bench work available where we need to setup new devices on the bench and run automated tests on the devices and oversee to make sure the test results look OK. CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING: -Common sense/good judgment (someone to ask questions). - Electrical bench experience (2 years). - this group is fun but is also focused on getting the job done; someone with this mentality would fit. -If the candidate has a 4 yr degree, then 0-2 yrs experience is required as long as there is recent electrical lab experience. -If the candidate has a degree from an education institution like DeVry then the candidate must possess a solid work experience (5-10 years). -Someone who can pay attention to detail, patience (because there will be a lot of waiting around), and intelligent.
