Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, the Director of Revenue Integrity will be responsible for oversight of all operations related to coding and billing performed for NSN Revenue Resources' clients. This includes direct responsibility for all processes related to: Chargemaster oversight and compliance Coding vendor interaction, relations and quality assurance initiatives Capture of all client revenue for surgeries/procedures performed, this includes revenue related to procedures, implants, supplies, ancillary services and any other revenue generated by surgery center clients Implementation and oversight of best practice relating to coding and billing quality assurance processes, both for internal processes and external vendor processes and product Management of all coding related deficiencies identified and communication with client leadership, physician partners and coding partner regarding the same Implementation and deployment of NSN internal coding compliance and quality assurance internal and external audits, management of outcomes Targeted training for all billing and revenue cycle staff as it pertains to basic coding guidelines and procedure specific training to ensure all revenue is captured Oversight of billing specifications for all client payers and ensuring billing staff are trained accordingly and have appropriate tools Clean submission of electronic and paper claim submission, with appropriate attachments Reporting, as required, for internal and client purposes Leading all initiatives related to ICD-10 transition, ensuring software and coding vendors will meet guidelines and NSN is equipped to handle the upcoming transition to minimize disruption to cash flow for NSN clients Other tasks, projects and training as needed Position will manage a staff of approximately 10-12 billing personnel.
