Details: Account Service Representatives are positions assigned to the Sales Department of the Southwest Division. Each representative is tasked with territory management of an existing territory. In order to fully service their territory, each ASR will be provided a list of accounts specific to their territory. Managing such accounts shall consist of assessment of service needs, financial assessment, and overall growth of each account. It is imperative that each ASR manage their time appropriately and efficiently. Much of their time will be spent building relationships and communicating client’s issues to the operations department. It is the responsibility of each ASR to manage the financial relationship as well as service aspects of each client within the assigned territory.
