Work on automation initiatives to improve delivery of repetitive Tier 1 MAC work. Be primary interface to helpdesk and NOC for handling requests and working incident/problem management. Position Requirements: Familiarity with basic networking concepts including, but not limited to, DHCP, DNS, and QoS designs especially as it pertains to VOIP telephony.
