Works with acceptable turnaround on POT’s and CMN’s. Ensure the accuracy of information and materials disseminated within the location and the local community Manages the risk process and turns in incident reports in a timely fashion Interview and hire the best qualified staff to fill open positions Monitors and controls the Company’s assets Maintains effective written communication with patients, family, referral sources, employees and fellow PSA team members. Manage A/R aging for the location and work with Revenue Cycle Management Team to ensure all accounts are paid in a timely manner Participates with managed care in securing contracts, managing contracts/relationships to ensure profitability, market share and timely payment Conduct in-services at routine intervals on clinical issues other relevant topics based upon employee and organization needs Ensures all of the PSA control processes and points are followed according to policy, payroll, T&E, payables, etc Ensure that annual performance evaluations and feedback are completed and goals are established for the coming year. Monitor employee progress toward these goals Ensure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours Participate in location “on call” as needed Implement and direct IOP Plan to comply with company and accrediting body standards Maintain demonstrated knowledge regarding Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations Manage and comply with all Company reporting requirements Other duties as assigned.
