Details: REPORTS TO (POSITION): Vault Manager ________________________________________ JOB SUMMARY Full time position/CDL CLASS B W/AIR BRAKES REQUIRED Working in PM Vault and driving shuttle truck $13.00/Hour /$14.00/hour when gun permit obtained Approximate hours 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (May vary slightly) Responsible for the security of cargo checked into the vault and out of the vault. Process liability to insure that it is ready for the various shuttles to banks, other branches or the airport. The essential functions of this position are: 1.Knowledge of all vault operations, including check-in & check-out, balancing of the vault and operation of alarms. 2. Responsible for mastering all vault procedures relating to verification and balancing. 3. Responsible for reporting any security and safety violations to management. 4. May operate a vehicle on route and perform duties as Driver/Guard if necessary. 5. May operate a vehicle in order to complete shuttle routes. 6.Other duties as required. Training Specialist (Temporary)

Details: This position is for a temporary engagement through our staffing partner Yoh Services. The anticipated duration of this engagement is 6 months. The duration of the assignment cannot exceed 12 months. The position of Training Specialist supports the greater learning and development strategy of SCEA. This individual helps plan, develop, coordinate, and manage SCEA's HR-sponsored internal and external employee training programs and events for a 2500-person organization. Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics and perform oversight of internal and remote training events to ensure smooth execution -including scheduling, pre-work communication, room setup, A/V equipment coordination, training material delivery, student roster maintenance, catering coordination, and vendor management Use Learning Management System(LMS) to: Ensure course descriptions and schedules are accurate and listed appropriately Deploy training assets/content/learning paths to employees based on individual developmental needs Provide reporting and support for training activities and legal compliance requirements Initiate purchase orders and process invoices for training programs and materials Maintain master schedule of all employee training programs Provide back-up support to deliver New Hire Orientation Assist with some course development as needed or requested Partner and collaborate with all levels and groups within HR to stay current on the needs and requirements of employee training and development
