Senior Solutions Marketing Manager, HPC & Big Data

Details: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Solutions Marketing Manager of HPC and Big Data Offerings and Solutions portfolio will be a part of the rapidly growing HPC and Big Data business unit of HP Servers. This professional will lead Solutions Marketing for the next generation of HPC and Big Data Offerings and Solutions to ensure that the business unit increases revenue, market share and profitability. This senior contributor will define the customer and channel partner value proposition, messaging, thought leadership and positioning for the solutions to support the business objectives including revenue, margin, market share and competitive differentiation. This role requires the ability to articulate clear and compelling messaging at the solutions level to address key customer pain points and demonstrate HP’s competitive differentiation compared to benchmark competitors. This role will need to enable ISV partners in support of ISV partner based Route to market engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, marketing acumen and business/technology understanding to create compelling marketing content, tools and assets to increase awareness, consideration, trial and purchase of HP Servers HPC and Big Data solutions across all stages of the customer buying process and all target persona responsible for influencing and making decisions. This role has the responsibility for creating effective content for sales and channel partner training and enablement to support customer acquisition, development and retention. This role will lead messaging to support customer awareness and demand generation campaigns, events and sales plays to successfully achieve business objectives. This position will work closely with the HPC and Big Data segment marketing, HPS Go-to-market strategy team and other HPS/EG Marketing teams to define compelling plans including marketing budgets and MDF funds and support their successful execution to achieve marketing objectives. This role with work very closely the HPC and Big Data business unit product management, market management teams and segment executive management as well as the broader HPS Global Marketing and EG Global Marketing teams and needs to be perceived by all key internal stakeholders as the solutions messaging and content expert. Jointly develop technical Marketing Assets (Application Guides, Design Guides, and Reference Architectures) with product management and sales enablement teams Manage all online content for the solution and vertical industry segment and support all digital/social media outreach for this portfolio Collaborate with Sales Regions, Product Management, HPS Marketing and Executive Management teams to build and execute the marketing plan to drive predictable revenue growth and gross margin attainment across multiple financial periods. Influence medium- and long-term product strategy and innovation agenda for the solution/vertical industry segment including ISV partner based solutions and segment specific marketing Successfully execute content deliverables including Message Maps, Customer/ Partner presentations as well as Sales / channel enablement presentations and assets. Develop the overall Content Strategy including Editorial calendar to support the Go-to-market activities across all relevant routes to market and marketing vehicles for the vertical industry segment.
