Details: JOB SUMMARY: The General Labor 3 position entails numerous labor tasks within the plant. There are a variety of tasks this position performs, which may vary from day to day. Job Summary This position is part of the MW Substation Engineering group within the Transmission Organization. This work group is responsible for the design of new and existing distribution and transmission substations from 4kV through 345kV. Design projects range from routine equipment modifications and installations, to the complete design of new substations. The position requires the individual to be able to manage work between multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely release of engineering designs. The individual will utilize a variety of tools and techniques in order to complete an engineering design, including current design specifications, pertinent code manuals, computer aided design/drafting software, and other reference sources.
