The Security Manager will lead the company as the focal point in information security architecture, policy, procedures, and compliance. The role will have technical, operational and educational responsibilities across the enterprise and is a key player in internal audits. Regularly interacts with members of IT, Legal, Finance, as well as the executive leadership team, on risk management and compliance issues. Knowledge and primary responsibility for the IT security architecture, controls, processes, standards, policies and procedures that are aligned with the enterprise policies. Advocate and accountable for compliance with security policies and associated, legal, and contractual requirements. Ensure compliance and information security related concerns are communicated to IT and executive management in a timely manner. Measure IT security results through metrics and communication to IT management. Coordinate with IT, Release and Change Management teams to ensure IT security procedures and design/code reviews are being performed. Maintain an IT-related annual audit schedule and monitor and report on remediation progress on previous findings. Ensure readiness for internal/external audits related to IT security and manage external security vendors. Lead the enterprise in facilitating and promoting security awareness training to all employees and contractors of the organization. Supervise the technical implementation and maintenance of security products and tools. Develop and maintain IT security policy and procedures documentation. Partake in off-hours support rotation. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to create and manage multiple information security projects (or programs) while maintaining high levels of quality and effectiveness. Understanding of Cyber Security and ISO27K practices and principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate information to technical and non-technical resources. Effective facilitator of IT security decisions. Comfortable with working through ambiguity to clarify requirements and develop effective solutions. Understanding of common technical and security architectures. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs. Working knowledge of IDS/IPS solutions. Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work well with others, objective, creative, diplomatic, and exudes excellent communications skills. Requisite technical skills include an understanding of database management systems and data networking components. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools. Details: Responsible for: 1.) Preventative maintenance, and upkeep duties. 2.) Basic troubleshooting, machine cleaning, oil and filter changing and part replacement of injection molds. 3.) Experience with polishing, hand grinders, and surface grinders. 4.) Experience with welding--both TIG and laser. 5.) CNC mills and EDM set-up. 6.) Experience with hydraulics 8.) Limit switch electrical and manifold electrical experience Qualifications: ' 5 years previous experience in injection mold building/repair. ' Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. ' High School Diploma or GED. ' Previous work experience in a technical/mechanical field. ' Good understanding of electric, pneumatic and mechanical systems ' Ability to run standard fabrication equip. (mill, lathe, drill press etc.).
