Responsibilities: • Practice Development: ensure utilization targets and financial goals are met, develop solutions and methodologies, and develop of "thought leadership" and "best practices" documents. • People Development: perform role of counselor and coach, provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff, develop and manage consultant career paths, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. • Engagement Management: manage engagement delivery, track project deliverables, manage project risk, perform quality assurance on deliverables, manage resource utilization, track project financials, and ensure customers are invoiced appropriately. • Business Development: support sales efforts by briefing key customer representatives, present Practice services, develop customer proposals, deliver workshops w here needed, finalize statements of work (SoW), and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the customer. • Customer Relationship: manage the day-to-day interactions with customer management. Qualifications Required Experience: 5+ years working within the information security field, with emphasis on security operations, incident management, intrusion detection, firewall deployment, and security event analysis 5+ years of management experience 2+ years sales and/or marketing experience Great customer service skills Executive-level technical writing skills Executive-level oral communication skills Availability and interest in 50% travel Desired Experience: 2+ years consulting management experience Professional certification to include PMP, CISSP, SANS GCIA. Working knowledge of SIEM technology, with ArcSight specific certification 5+ years working within MSSP or Large Enterprise SOC
Hydrogeologist / Geologist
Details: We are currently seeking Staff Level Hydrogeologist for our Abingdon, Maryland office. The Staff Level position requires 1 - 2 years of experience in the following hydrogeologic areas: Manage field operations including well drilling and hydraulic testing; Set up and conduct aquifer testing; Experience in characterization of fractured rock flow and karst hydrology; Hydraulic test data analysis and groundwater flow modeling; Experience with central and eastern Pennsylvania karst hydrology is a plus.
