Details: Summary: Reporting directly to the Components Manager, the NDT Specialist is a moderately visible position, directly responsible for the inspection of aircraft and components using non-destructive test methds including Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle and Eddy Current methods. Details: Often the first and last contact a customer has at a Bassett store is the administrative staff at the store. A friendly greeting and cheerful customer service sets the tone for a pleasurable shopping experience. Warehouse -Position
Details: • Print Labels • Perform monthly audits and pure safety • Required to understand and implement proper lockout/tag out procedures on certain equipment • Forklift certified • Operation of wrapper II (full web) • Operate label applicators • Filling and changing propane tanks for forklift • Flexibility to work different shifts when necessary • Operation of compactor and dumpster • Dump trash hoppers • Forklift daily inspections • Operation of Stretch Hooder • Identify and stage bleed ins • Operate floor sweeper • Continuous communication with production and other departments as needed • Count finished goods after each production run • Perform all transactions in SAP for scanning material • Truck loading when necessary • Ability to maintain packaging line efficiently • Ability to operate foot setting machine • Knowledge of where to store finished goods • Employee awareness of JSA and relation to job • General Housekeeping duties • Operation of glue applicator • Conduct safety audits/ inspections • Perform other tasks or projects as required • Partners with Health, Safety, and Environmental to ensure compliance with standards, practices, and policies.
Production Worker
Details: • Employee awareness of JSA’s and relation to job • Perform monthly audits and pure safety • Reading & understanding production schedule • Assist in placing re-wrap bundles on line and reload plastic wrap as needed • Operation of Panel saw • Operation of Foot Saw • Handling of splice boards • Pulling boards off line during an upset • Scraping laminator side plates • Start-up process (dry-end, cutter and roller) • Cleaning under equipment while running • Ability to read a tape measure • Monitor bundle height • Ability to handle substrates on dry end and wet end • Monitor/Operate Automatic Stacking Equipment. Hand stack as needed. • Identify quality issues with product • Ability to changeover on the fly (stacker equipment) • Bleed in material when needed • Ability to operate a Fork Lift and maintain certification • Cut scrap material into feet using foot slitter/saw • Monitoring of the dust and RTO systems and the operation of the baler • Maintain housekeeping of production areas • Required to understand and implement proper lockout/tag out procedures on certain equipment • Ability to set-up of stacking equipment • Continuous communication with line driver • Partners with Health, Safety, and Environmental to ensure compliance with standards, practices, and policies. • General Housekeeping duties • Perform other tasks or projects as required
