You will be responsible to recruit, when necessary, supervise, train, coach, manage and develop two Inbound Sales Supervisors who are the front line sales leaders to their respective team of 10 Inbound Sales Executives. You will work cross functionally with sales, customer care/operations, installation, Human Resources and Marketing leadership within the SMB segment. Your efforts will contribute to the overall effort to maximize revenue growth while maintaining focus on offering BHN Business prospects and customers a positive customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage front line Supervisors of two teams of Inbound Sales Executives who will interact with prospects and customers over the telephone to sell all BHN Business Solutions products. Achieve monthly quota as assigned to both teams. Work with Director of Inside Sales to improve established daily, weekly and monthly sales metrics reporting and facilitate the education and use of these reports with the Supervisors. Work with SMB Learning & Development department to develop and implement best upsell and cross sell practices/procedures within assigned markets; work with SMB L&D to develop and implement appropriate leadership training for Inbound Supervisors. Provide consistent training and skills reinforcement with Supervisors and Inbound Sales Executives of “The Bright House Way Sales Skills” curriculum.
