Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Details: GENERAL SUMMARY: The FP&A Manager will lead the fiscal planning and analysis team and be responsible for the development and management of the annual operating plan including divisional level planning, reporting, modeling and analysis. The successful candidate will create internal knowledge by developing and maintaining key performance metrics to support the strategic growth of the firm. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive management experience in a financial planning and analysis environment, strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Details: Position Description The Director, Health and Safety will drive RGIS’ health and safety operating system to include vision and policy, performance measurements, standardization of health and safety programs and processes, organizational effectiveness and assessments. The Director, Health and Safety will work to attain a sustainable operating system and move toward best in class metrics for the RGIS U.S. and global organization. Initial focus on the U.S. market with ultimate responsibility for global sustainability reporting and performance against global goals. The position is based at our corporate offices in Auburn Hills, MI with frequent travel to our field offices located throughout the United States. Job Responsibilities Demonstrate expertise in connecting health and safety initiatives to overall RGIS strategy and organization effectiveness utilizing effective change management techniques. Keep abreast of all federal health and safety regulations as well as location specific regulations, codes and key constraints including changes Assess potential impact of non-compliance and develop proposed plans to assure compliance with all federal and state/location specific health and safety regulations Make recommendations for leadership approval and communicate and proactively address new standards Conduct audits to ensure compliance on a regional and site basis, including development of Best in Class processes Develop and implement standardized programs to maintain full compliance with Safety regulations and standards to meet/exceed metrics: both leading and trailing indicators. Continue to drive Behavior-based Safety (BBS) initiatives. Full compliance with Health regulations and standards to meet/exceed metrics including exposures and use of protective equipment. Partner with HR to drive Employee Wellness Initiatives.
