Oversees and performs technical evaluations for assessment of real estate and personal property for the purpose of taxation. Reviews real estate sales and collects real estate value information for the development and computation of appraisal findings to current market value to prepare the grand list. Conducts on-site interior and exterior inspections, map reading, reviews all survey maps, organizes and oversees revaluation process, computes motor vehicle assessment bi-annually. Experience with CAMA or similar mass appraisal software, map reading, ability to measure, analytical ability, computer proficient in Word and Excel. Knowledge of QDS Tax software a plus.
