CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position: Job Title : 3 Clinical Coordinators Needed Length of Assignment: Temp to Possible Hire! Job Starting on 7/14/15 and Interviews with the client will be 7/6-7/8 Location : Irving, TX Pay : $13.50/hr. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Description: This is a scheduling position, which uses filtering on a large Excel sheet of names to locate a pool of individuals and offices to call Responsibilities: Scheduling and coordination of multiple clinical trials and epidemiological studies Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls Confirming appointments with our local branch offices Facilitating kit shipments to our local branch offices Maintaining excel spreadsheets on a daily basis Training of remote personnel on client requirements Completion of required documents Locating and filing paperwork Tracking of information and detailed follow up Provide weekly and cumulative status/quality reports on assigned projects Problem solving of issues in a timely and efficient manner Communicating with project managers on a routine basis Working within a team to complete work on time
