Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices Key invoices into JDE Accounts Payable with proper coding, vendor number and bank account Set-up assets in JDE Fixed Assets System with proper classification and depreciation method Verify taxability and tax charged on all capital invoices Scan batches for Fixed Asset records Work with the field and other departments on obtaining proper approvals and form requirements per policy Communication with vendors on payment status, new vendor set-ups, and resolving invoice issues Monthly close journal entries for accruals Special projects as needed May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets EOE M/F/D/V
