Perform routine medical records review to define hospital donation potential. Participate in internal clinical case reviews from donation activity. Address referral and donation process issues in a timely manner and collaboratively solve problems with hospital liaisons to develop appropriate solutions. Provide referral and donor follow up to hospitals in service area. Conduct donation referral follow up and post recovery review with hospitals following donor activity. Assist hospitals with policy and procedure and educational development according to specific hospital needs. Provide feedback to clinical staff regarding after action review and overall process within hospitals. Work with community relations group to facilitate public awareness regarding donation within assigned territory. Maintain accurate documentation of all hospital development activities in a timely manner. Design and implement customer satisfaction measures. Maintain database a key contact information and interactions per facility. Performs other duties as assigned.
