Get started! Requisition Summary Full-time Diesel Technician to support engineering staff with all phases of heavy duty vehicle testing at the Paccar Technical Center Vehicle Operations Lab. Facility CAA permits. • Ensure that all current and potential manufacturing processes that are regulated under the Clean Water Act (CWA) are properly permitted. • Develop, maintain, and manage environmental processes, procedures, and operating records to assure all manufacturing processes that generate waste materials regulated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act • Develop processes to collect, store and dispose of plant solid wastes including the 90-Day storage requirements for hazardous waste which include emergency response planning, training and operation of the waste storage facility. • Properly classify, profile, track wastes sent off-site for disposal to assure disposal activities are completed in compliance with regulations. • Direct the activities of the in-house Hazardous Waste Material Handlers ensuring their training and work meets the regulatory requirements and is appropriate • Maintain the facility Zero Waste-to-landfill program, and act on opportunities to minimize waste generation. • Maintain and update the TCEQ Waste Minimization/Source Reduction (P2) plan and annual progress reporting documentation. • Prepare and submit SARA 312 – Inventory and SARA 313 TRI reports to the appropriate regulatory agencies in a timely manner. • Develop and manage the environmental and solid waste operating budgets. • Review SDS submitted for new chemical usage approvals to determine if there are any potential adverse environmental effects. • Maintain records of usage of materials that are responsible for the generation of greenhouse gas (GHG) as required by the PACCAR GHG initiative. • Select and manage third party contractors and consultants employed for environmental management or compliance activities. • Support the plant’s emergency spill response team and as necessary help coordinate recovery efforts for equipment and facilities. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor of Science degree required. Preferred degree in the area of Engineering, Environmental studies or related field • At least 5-7 years of professional environmental experience with strong knowledge of CAA, CWA regulatory compliance and RCRA hazardous and/or solid waste management in a manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated experience in the application of environmental management systems. Desired Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively(verbal and written) • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office products. Primarily the use of word processing, environmental database applications, presentation and spreadsheet software. • Must be well organized and detail orientated, with the ability to see the big picture. • Direct experience in developing and implementing environmental stewardship programs. • Direct experience in developing and implementing waste minimization plans and programs. • Demonstrated project management skills. • Experience with development of budgets and capital project submissions. • Demonstrated ability to influence by example and the ability to work with all levels of the organization. • Ability to develop and make presentations before various audiences sizes at all levels of the organization. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Following corporate guidelines, recruit and hire technicians to provide quality service to our external customers Follow HR guidelines in getting all technicians on-boarded, with a documents filled out and signed off prior to beginning to work for DFS Achieve all profitability goals set by DFS by working closely with assigned technicians Function as the champion providing use, process guidance and training for TRAIT Hold all service technicians responsible for the use of the TRAIT device per company guidelines Monitor interactions with our customers and technicians to ensure delivery of promised services to maximize satisfaction for our customers Establish employee safety performance goals as part of the annual performance review Enforce safe work rules and procedures consistently Report and investigate all safety incidents and accidents promptly Conduct monthly safety meetings and training remotely to consistently reinforce DFS’s commitment to safety Perform facility and equipment inspections Ensure regular communication with our leaders and facilitate needed resources to meet objectives Coordinate company inventory and assets to get the best utilization and return on investment of assets Maintain good communication with Fleet Management department to ensure support of business objectives Dickinson Fleet Services is a family owned company, dedicated to providing services to the Fleet transportation industry. Details: trustaff is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Data Entry Coordinator for an internal position with our company. This is a full-time position located in Blue Ash, OH. This position provides support for various human resources related tasks; maintains employee records and acts as a liaison with Payroll . Essential functions and responsibilities: Enters and maintains all field employees in ADP Maintains all ADP records to include but not limited to: terminations, company code set-up, departmental and business unit updates Work with cross functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance for external employee records Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions Prepares reports and special projects by collecting, summarizing and auditing data pertaining to payroll and tax set-up to audit accuracy of entry; and other reports as assigned Assists in responding to employment verifications in a timely and accurate manner Maintains and answers requests pertaining to field employee PTO accrual and balances Perform various tasks assigned by Management
