Duties and Responsibilities: Manages all personnel and operations to ensure manufacture of product within standards of budget, policies, procedures, quality, safety, sanitation and Federal and State laws. Develops and implements methods to improve productivity within established payroll and expense budgets. Responsible for developing and implementing LERF operating budget. Purchases equipment, supplies, and small tools, repair and maintenance items, fuel and utilities at the best price possible. Develops a team environment in which members participate, cooperate with and support each other. Trains and develops lead associates and also delegates responsibilities to lead associates when away from the plant.
