Recruiting Coordinator

Details: We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruiting team and assist with our clients' hiring needs. This person will play an integral role in supporting the recruiting team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as scheduling, corresponding with candidates and clients, performing reference checks, administrative duties and much more. The Recruiting Coordinator will be joining at a time of explosive growth and will have the opportunity to grow and make an impact on the business. This individual will be working in a crew between 2-5 members testing industrial stacks for air quality and air emissions. This individual will be working in the field to collect samples from Industrial Stacks to ensure companies are complying to all EPA regulations. The opportunity is a 6 month contract to hire. Major Job Duties: Collecting samples from industrial stacks to ensure companies are complying to all EPA regulations. Working inside and outside in an industrial setting collecting samples from stack testing, emission monitoring, and ambient monitoring. Details: Colonial Management Group, LP operates a number of nationally recognized and accredited methadone treatment centers dedicated to helping these individuals and their families regain control of their lives. We take great pride in treating our patients with dignity and respect in each phase of their treatment experience. Colonial Management Group, LP, is currently searching for a Full-Time LPN. Candidates must be able to work early morning hours and available to work most weekends. Candidates must be able to pass a credit check, background check and drug screening. Responsibilities include: Dispensing medication and recording dosages Collecting fees for medication and maintaining records conducting a sight and count inventory of the methadone supply daily Maintaining absolute accuracy in daily accounting of the methadone that is dispensed, inventory, and fees collected Administers appropriate lab tests as required including patient vital signs, TB tests when required, and other nursing assessment techniques Schedules and screens patients to be seen by Medical Director; Assists the physician with history and physical as required Receives medical orders and ensures that medical orders are documented and understood by Program Director and other staff members Maintains absolute control and tracking of all medical paperwork involving patient dose changes, lab results, physician orders, phase/level changes and verbal orders Would be required to get a pharmacy tech license within 30 days of hire. Candidates MUST have a current and valid license to be able to practice in the state of Alabama. Schedule: Monday - Friday and some weekends.
