Position Description ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Preparation of SEC filings and disclosures, including 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K, etc Review of the XBRL tagging process for quarterly and year end SEC filings Preparation of consolidated financial statements Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards Research of technical accounting areas and other significant accounting transactions Work with external auditors during the annual audit process and quarterly reviews Assist in the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations Work on other special projects, as assigned

Position has heavy exposure to Operations Key Responsibilities: Work with accounting staff to prepare balance sheet reconciliations, analysis, and walk-forwards Perform month-end close and account reconciliations Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements Conduct data analysis and review of quarterly and year-end reporting schedules Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions Ensure proper application of internal controls in financial reporting Assist with outside auditors by providing required information Provide support to assigned business units for analysis and preparation of budgets and forecasts
