Details: Reporting directly to the Souther California Service Area Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Advocacy with dotted line responsibility to the Inland Empire Market Vice President of Business Development, the Inland Empire Market Director, Marketing, Communications and Advocacy, is a key member of the Market"s strategy team for Dignity Health Inland Empire, responsible for strategy, development and implementation of the marketing and communication efforts for both hospitals. The Director is also responsible for oversight of the advocacy efforts that support and promote patients" health care rights and enhance community health and policy initiatives aimed at ensuring safety and access to quality care. The Director works with the Service Area Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Advocacy and the local strategy team to set goals, establish marketing and communications budgets and monitor return-on-investment tied to growth strategies. The Director works collaboratively with service area leadership and service line management to implement effective marketing, communications and advocacy tactics that meet Dignity Health standards and produce measurable results that are in line with the stated goals and mission of the service area. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the IE Market Area. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Dignity Health Core Values. The employee shall support the overall strategic plans and the goals and direction of the quality improvement/process improvement activities.
