Details: A Licensed Vocational Nurse Per Diem performs nursing duties within the guidelines of hospital policies and procedures under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and in-direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities. This position requires a High School Diploma or Equiv.,Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program and hold a valid California LVN Lic.,1 year experience performing acute care in an Acute,sub-acute or Long term care facility, current BCLS (issued by the American Heart Association) and I.V. certification.
