Manage all outbound processes/functions meeting productivity, time objectives, and operational objectives. Guide the coaching and development of any direct report, supervisor, or associate facilitating resolution of associate concerns and issues. Job Requirements: • Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate effectively. • Manage all operational activities associated with outbound operation. • Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet business needs. • Handle associate relations such as, but not limited to coaching, counseling, and training direct reports. • Work collaboratively across distribution center management team • Strong leadership and Interpersonal skills. • Provide timely and accurate feedback to direct reports. • Ability to prioritize • Manage schedules • Other duties and responsibilities as required by Director of Logistics.
