Details: PLANT CONTROLLER Our client is a prominent employer in St. Marys, PA, and they are seeking a Plant Controller. Team oriented culture RESPONSIBILITIES: Gives advice in all business relevant questions to site leadership with regard to controlling and financing aspects. Oversee, plan and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Work closely with manufacturing to understand issues and how they affect financial results, including identifying key cost drivers. Manage local accounting function of the business; build up and maintain effective internal controlling system. Ensuring that appropriate procedures and controls are in place according to BU Controlling requirements. Lead the local budgeting / planning process to meet the strategic goals and Group deadlines Developing and managing local Controlling & Finance Team
