The Aspirus Heart and Vascular Service Line is the leading program in the region and is currently looking for a talented Regional Director of Cardiovascular Clinics. Reporting to the Vice-President of Heart and Vascular, the director will work with senior leadership, providers and employees to lead Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery practices. With an operating budget of approximately $24 million, the Cardiovascular Clinics include over 13 locations, 25 providers and 125 employees. Key responsibilities will include: Development and implementation of the strategic business plan for the Aspirus Cardiovascular Clinics, as well as overall clinic growth and development. Optimization of practice performance including revenue cycle, expenses, quality and asset utilization. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of budgets and makes recommendations for funding based on thorough knowledge of policies, costs and operation procedures. Conduct a monthly financial review for the practices outlining progress regarding the implementation of the business plans and budget. Participate in the selection and management of employees, physicians, advanced practice providers and clinic supervisors. Assist in the integration of outpatient and inpatient services. Serves as a primary liaison for multiple satellite locations and referring physicians. Participate in facility improvements including construction, renovation and equipment purchases.
