Details: OVERVIEW: Provides on-going production to specific site marketing efforts acting in the capacity of a Face-to-Face (FTF) Package Sales Manager. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to all aspects of show & event planning, representative hiring, lead generation and, performance management of show results for specific marketing areas. SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Manage administrative processes to oversee booking of shows, fairs, events including ensuring CSRs are prepared for approvals, and seeing payment through accounting, lead origin assignments, and accurate reporting for each show. Manages and oversees all aspects of specified site or region package sales operations to include negotiating with venues, establish lead and package teams in support of prospect flow for specified region. Supervise planning, organization and updating of Event calendars. Identify and report weak performance for contracted vendor Lead and Package Sales. Analyze and monitor success of events and shows on a weekly basis, working with database marketing to suppress any underperforming shows from future calendars and ensure deletion of leads from future allocations to vendors in support of specified region. Responsible for negotiating and booking events for Package Sales teams including completing CSR and Coding Requests for approval. Ensure all events are booked in advance as to allow time for approvals and coding set-up Extend shows booked to vendors or site level teams and secure that each event booked is staffed. Oversee set-up, training, production and performance management of Package Sales Vendors and face-to face package sales associates. Responsible for ensuring vendors have all materials needed to be productive Travel to events to train, monitor production and ensure compliance with Bluegreen Policies and Procedures. Monitor weekly and monthly event production to ensure that the weekly, monthly and annual Package Sales budget is met / exceeded.
