Basic understanding of USP Chapter 797, ASHP guidelines for cytotoxic drug compounding and Company policies concerning sterile compounding. 2. Gathers and pre-checks compounding material prior to its entry into the cleanroom. 3. Compounds sterile products. 4. Checks final product for particulate matter and container integrity. 5. Checks ancillary supplies. 6. Pick/packs supplies. 7. Monitors cleaning and quality control logs for completeness. 8. Generates delivery and equipment pick-up tickets. 9. Communicates as necessary with patients to identify general health status, medication compliance, drug and supply inventory, and provide overall coordination of care and service (custom assessment in CPR+). 10. Gathers, organizes, documents (in CPR+ and electronic medical record), and reports clinical data for review and action by the patient care team (Pharmacist, Nurse, prescriber) to include: 1. lab data; 2. b. results of patient contact documented on the custom assessment; 3. c. hospitalizations; 4. d. follow-up appointments. 11. Generates pharmacy and clinical reports from CPR+ as directed. 12. Coordinates with warehouse and pharmacy team to ensure all medications needed are available for patient care. 13. Completes all necessary paperwork, forms, and records according to policy. 14. Participates in the pharmacy on-call rotation. 15. Maintains solid knowledge of, and compliance with, Company policies and procedures. 16. Details: The Credit Specialist manages an assigned portfolio of accounts, primarily identifying any risk to the company and cash flow. Additionally, compile and analyze a broad spectrum of customer financial and credit data to make credit decisions and to fulfill customer requests for documentation to reconcile account balances.
