Manages third party vendor relationships related to clerical, supplies and office services. Responsible for intranet content and standardization with other document storage applications. Ensures department work processes and procedures are documented and remain current. Completes special projects by organizing & coordinating information, planning events, coordinating meeting schedules and monitoring results. 10. Improves processes and procedures by conducting service quality reviews and continuously seeking process improvement. Provides back-up coverage to Executive Administrative Assistant and additional office support services as needed.

Position is responsible for monitoring the Internap network as well as responding to customer outages and requests in a prompt and professional manner. This position involves direct customer support and interaction, so requires outstanding customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to apply technical and troubleshooting skills towards the resolution of customer tickets. The position is also responsible for handling escalations from tier one engineers as well as taking part in the training and mentorship of less experienced engineers in the NOC. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve customer and upstream provider routing issues in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of various networking analysis tools and Internap systems. Support of a complex network environment including problem solving, ability to take ownership of unfamiliar tasks and problems and see through to completion. The NOC Engineer also providers mentoring, training and coaching to Tier 1 NOC engineers Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on the Internap IP network and with Managed Customer Premise Equipment (MCPE) Utilize the Internap trouble ticketing system to track ongoing reports and service requests through to completion Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
