Administers Haworth’s Safety Corrective Action Request (CAR) system to ensure implementation and closure of corrective actions. Responsible for annual audit of effectiveness of all safety programs for North American plants. Mentors, trains, and develops Human Resources (HR) Consultants in all aspect of industrial safety; maintains dotted-line reporting of plant HR consultants for all matters concerning industrial safety. Newman Catholic Schools offers licensed child care programs at its two early childhood centers conveniently located at area Catholic parishes. 1) Newman Catholic Early Childhood Center: St. Michael, 615 Stark St. Wausau, WI 54403 2) Newman Catholic Early Childhood Center: St. Therese, 112 W. Kort St. Schofield, WI 54476 Hours: Hours of operation are 6:30am - 5:30pm. Various shifts are scheduled within center hours. Part-time schedules include 4-6 hour shifts, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Part-time hours worked need to be flexible. NCECC licensed child care programs are year round, M-F, including school vacation days (Christmas, spring and summer vacation days). Centers are closed for basic national holidays and weekends. Classroom assignments and weekly schedules vary based on need. Duties: Provide developmentally appropriate child care curriculum for young children (ages 6 weeks – 6 years). Teachers will develop lesson plans, deliver instruction that is infused throughout a child’s day, engage children in developmentally appropriate educational activities and play, provide general care and safety, naps, meals and snacks.
