Coordinates, oversees, and ensures the timely completion of the RAI process (MDS, RPS, and Care Plan). Manages Medicare Part A and B certification/recertification process. Performs ongoing evaluation from pre-admission through discharge to ensure an appropriate reimbursement level for each resident. Evaluates care to ensure that services and products provided match benefits available. Reviews medical records, care plans, and charting to ensure documentation supports care provided and reimbursement level. -

Job Responsibilities Will work with CEO to develop, implement and direct budgets, goals, objectives, and strategic business plans. Monitors the operations of the organization as a whole and makes recommendations to the CEO for quality enhancements. Maintenance Manager

Details: Summary: The Maintenance Manager will provide technical and operational leadership for asset maintenance and reliability for the Company’s Schofield Headquarters and the Stuart, IA and Cannon Falls, MN, manufacturing plants. The Maintenance Manager uses state-of-the-art tools and industry best practices to minimize unplanned downtime and to continuously improve the reliability of WSC’s capital assets. The Maintenance Manager will develop a culture of loss control and prevention, aiming at continuous improvement by minimizing downtime, assisting with process and operations, and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Duties to include (not limited to): Will use Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to schedule and ensure proper completion of all Emergency (EM), Corrective (CM), Preventive (PM), and Predictive (PdM) work orders. Maintain capital asset data bases, including equipment performance and repair histories. Manage the maintenance budget while delivering asset performance improvements, higher asset productivity, and asset care. Catalog and maintain an inventory of critical spare parts necessary to uninterrupted production operations. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine root causes of persistent failures. Develop a robust culture of Operator Performed Maintenance (OPM) to support the Company’s Lean implementation goals. Optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure asset longevity. Use Predictive Maintenance (PdM) practices as appropriate to ensure asset longevity. Schedule occasional Kaizen events using floor-level operators and technicians. Track and monitor Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) for appropriate equipment. Track and improve equipment performance using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measurements and practices. A WSC Maintenance Manager will possess and demonstrate: The ability to drive a culture of equipment reliability forward for the entire Company. The ability to assist both maintenance and production employees to sharpen and upgrade maintenance skills in the workplace to eliminate losses in manufacturing. Responsibility for PM systems, inspection routines, inventory control, job scheduling, staff training, and reliability improvement plans to improve efficiency and yield. Close interaction and the ability to communicate with all Plant teams such as Production, Distribution, Customer Service, Finance, and others. How to coach, mentor, and influence all employees in a culture of continuous improvement.
