Outside Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Details: BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Sales Specialist Trainee is responsible for learning how to generate sales growth in a defined group of accounts by utilizing company programs to establish the Company as a primary vendor in targeted customers and markets. The Trainee will need to learn all facets of the job with the primary responsibility of retention for current customers and addition of new accounts. This position assists in conversion and modernization process for accounts within district as directed by district sales manager. The Trainee will gain a solid understanding of the PROMISE value proposition and demonstrate an ability to execute with assigned account base and in support of other reps within geographic district. Provide coverage for open territories as well as vacation coverage as needed.
