Assists with analysis and evaluation of clinical operations to ensure standards are adhered to. Supervises the operation of Agency policy by the assigned staff. Reports to Administrator, DCS or RDO regarding changes that might affect the clinical operations of the site. Assists with establishing policies and procedures in compliance with state health statutes and administrative rules related to EHR. Assures that all standards of care are being maintained by EHR users. Maintains confidentiality of patient and Agency matters. Performs other duties as needed and as requested by Administrator or RDO. Assists with billing process. Adheres strictly to Agency customer service standards and complaint process.
