Details: This smaller accounting firm in the Fox Valley has 2 locations and will consider Direct Hire and Temp-to-Hire CPA candidates. The CPA will be working at the Neenah/Menasha location and will also be visiting various client sites, generally within a 25 minute radius from the Fox Valley area. This company has a great flexible schedule during the off season and also offers good benefits (mileage reimbursed). As a CPA, you will be responsible for small business set up on Quick Books and training new clients on this software. This easygoing and laid back CPA firm is looking for you to assist in the establishment and structure of new business entities, tax and payroll information, create financial statements, chart of accounts, etc. for clients as well as do full payroll for additional clients. You will be working with clients to not only set up their company, but to also go back and assist them with problems that they may encounter while doing their accounting. (i.e.; some clients have multiple entities, have business and rental properties, etc.). This position also involves handling corporate and individual taxes and includes a lot of people contact, patience and mentoring! Hours: January -April 15th, you will be needed approximately 50 hours per week. This is less hours than most CPA firms require during tax season! During May-December, you will work about 30-35 hours.
