Customer Service Representative
Details: Coordinate and monitor all aspects of assigned customers including order process, order status information, inventory levels and reporting, late shipment notification and coordination or consolidation of shipments. Develop an understanding of the product line offerings and options in order to make recommendations or suggest alternatives as required.
