CNC Machinst/Programmer
Details: The position requires the operator to produce a quality product per print as assigned with little supervision. The operator will train and assist other operators in performing their jobs and trouble-shooting. The operator must rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals with above average degree of independence and initiative to complete job requirements in accordance with the production timeline. - Sets-up and/or operates assigned equipment to produce quality products per print. - Inspects product and document data as required. - Initiates machine adjustments to ensure quality product. - Performs additional operations per supervisor direction. - Creates and maintains accurate data for company organizational records. - Organizes and keeps work area clean. - Has a basic understanding of Mazatrol and G-code systems. - Able to perform general math calculations. - Able to read and interpret drawings. - Able to use inspection equipment (comparator, micrometer, and caliper). - Able to navigate PL Controller (ex. Fanuc, Mazatrol, Haas, other). - Able to complete task in a timely fashion. - Detailed oriented with large emphasis on accuracy. - High school diploma or equivalent. - One year minimum CNC milling set up experience preferred, or 2 years as an operator in Milling, Turning or Swiss. - Two years minimum general machine shop experience preferred.

Details: The person in this position will provide experienced labor to install, trouble-shoot, diagnose, overhaul, replace, and repair production machinery and equipment.
